If he'd won the Iron Bowl, I suspect he would have had an SEC Championship Game performance akin to McElroy's 2009 performance: 239, 1 TD, 0 Ints.

That still puts him below 3,000 and 30 TDs. It's all hypothetical. But a 2915 yard, 27 TD, 5 Int season doesn't win you the Heisman. He might place as high as #3, but no way are the voters going to select him above Jameis Winston or Andre Williams.

No chance. Winston had it locked up if the charges were dropped.
