LSU is more physical (i.e. dirty) and play like they're pissed off. That scared Johnny to the core, apparently.

LSU plays more "street ball" defense. JFF makes a lot of big plays on broken plays.

Answered in another thread, but: Bama players are so disciplined that when a play breaks down and JFF has to make something happen, it throws off the Bama D. LSUs defense plays more fluid and can adjust to adlib plays better. Hell, most of their defensive plays seem ad-libbed.

Evans pushes off every play and never gets called for it and don't let me get started on how you O-Line held every play.
