How do you define managing a game?

Handing it off every play?

Taking care of the football, making plays when they are there, getting the team in the right play, winning games, winning championships. The stuff you are supposed to teach every QB to do. The fact is Manziel could do ALL of these things and still do all he does that is great. Its the lack of coaching/accountability that is painfully obvious.

Hell there will be an Air Raid QB from Texas that has won a championship recently it was the game manager.

You forgot one--the QB must also play defense.

No, it's a lack of defense.

It's what happens when your unit is ranked in the 100s. Anyone with a pulse recognizes that a team with a marginally serviceable D will win every game in which it score more than 40 points.
