Y'all should feel good.

Nobody likes to play the moral victory card but I saw some good things from your team tonight. Dak will be a beast and Mullen would be a fool not to start him.

I loved seeing y'all fighting for every yard when most teams would have been done. Typical of a state dawg. I love the fight.

Anyway. Those that don't know me, I'm rbwilliams8. I'm a pretty big deal. I have been living in landmass for a few years now and likely will finish my engineering degree at state. My wife has a lot of state alum in her family and frankly, I have never had anything bad to say about y'all.

Not going to troll but I will be back. To talk about baseball, football and to talk shite about ole miss. Y'all keep your heads up and look at the positive bc there are many. good game.

Appreciate the kind words but any positives this team displays will always be overshadowed by Mullen's inadequacies as a HC.

Dan Mullen makes me want to murder my fricking balls with a ball-peen hammer.

Can you blame Mullen for this one? The defense gave up 51

So when you convert to Super Saiyan accidently that's Mullen's fault too?

Do you not blame Freeze when you accidentally go Super Saiyan?

Our special teams were an abortion, guess who coaches that.

I am tired of moral victories. I want an actual victory. Alabama will beat us to death next week if we can't make adjustments any better than we did today.

Alabama is going to beat the brakes off us no matter what we do.

I'm with you, though, I'm not all about these moral victories. The game today was never really in any doubt. It wasn't as close as the final score lets on.

No it was that close at times. We had chances, opportunities, and the special teams ensured that it wouldn't be that close.

Why the frick does a Head Coach take the responsibility of coaching QB's and special teams at all times under himself when he should be the CEO of the whole thing?

Who knows. He does whatever he wants obviously. Not fulfilling HC responsibilities could be a reason for the weak recruiting also.

Yeah... the overall game plan was an abortion from the start. It took us 3 quarters to figure out that we could abuse them with Dak & JROB and control the ball.

Nope. Dan gonna Dan and do all sorts of head scratching personnel decisions.

I will say I'm excited about the young talent on the team. There's that.

You mean like Robinson breaking a long td run on his first play and we don't see him for another 2 quarters?

I disagree...sort of. we had a pretty good plan on defense to control A&M, and it worked for the most part. JFF does such a good job at improv that he is nearly impossible to defend.

The offense on the other hand was stuck in neutral pre-Dak. Why is it that we think Perkins can run up the middle for a first down on 3rd and 5? When Russell plays, I would pull out all of the running backs, and just say, "frick it. We aren't running because it just won't work." Have a fun and gun for Russell and a Tebow offense for Dak.

The defensive game plan was great considering JFF is the best probably ever at making plays when they break down. But we did have a few breakdowns on defense and to me it was on the players.

I was wanting to kick kittens. Robinson reels off a huge run, then sit him. Shump had two impressive carries between the tackles that each went about 8 yards. Well since that worked, let's stop doing it. Perkins is a 3rd down back period but what does our staff do?

The only positive I saw is they finally made the effort to get DeRunnya involved.

I hate that we have to wait for two of our mis-utilized seniors to graduate, but next year Mullen won't have the Russell/Perk option to frick up. I miss old Perk.
