Anyone here who thinks that the NCAA still "hammers," programs with sanctions then you are living 10-15 years in the past.

The problem is with your premise. There will not be NCAA sanctions on Alabama. The extent of their crimes is immaterial; there will not be sanctions.

As long as Emmert is in charge of the NCAA, it would take video of Saban handing cash to a player. Emmert will insure that nothing ever sticks to Saban.
