I thought our offense looked excellent last night...play calling was the best it's been in years, it reminded me of the days when I thought Mullen was an innovative play caller.

-Russell did well in spurts but the sacks he takes are drive killers. Our offense is not near good enough to survive 6-10 yard losses like we see with him. They kill drives. Dak's mobility allows him to throw it away or minimize losses...and the most essential thing we can do right now is develop Dak. Start him and give him the reigns. This is a very young team, especially offensively. We'll grow with Dak. I think if he continues to progress and get comfortable then we can win 2-3 SEC games.

-Defense was raped but what are you gonna do...Mett and his WRs are on a different planet right now. No SEC team will slow him down, not even Bama.

-Missed FG in the 3rd and the Dak pick broke our back...we're a young team, when you combine two huge mistakes like that with an LSU team scoring at will it'll kill your spirit. That's what happened. Once they went up two scores we got tight and that was it.

-Outside of Bama & A&M every game on our schedule is winnable...Arkansas and UK are bad football teams. I think if we minimize mistakes and do whats right with Dak then we can definitely pull those out. SC and Ole Miss are human. Both are better than the former but they're still very winnable games. With how the last two games have gone it wouldn't surprise me if teams are starting to figure out Freeze. This is the low point of his offense.

So all that being said, TLDR, I saw some encouraging things last night and think 6-6 may in fact may be attainable.

I am beginning to think muffin should just start going after decent basketball players for wide receivers.

Only the select few here could actually make that statement and believe it!

He's not Manziel.. He's not Newton, He isn't even close.

I told you before the game we would have to be able to pass. Starting with the 3rd quarter, when the game was lost, Dak could not make completions, and his legs couldn't produce enough to sustain us..

Y'all can beat both us and USCe easily. If Shaw and Bo turn the ball over like they're prone to do then you definitely win those games.

Let's wait and see how well we recover from this blowout first. We haven't exactly been known for our ability to bounce back

We should just put differences aside and merge football programs. Only chance of ever winning anything big.

Do you really want that homeboy? I mean it'll be with Dak at QB and it might make your dementia act up again.
