It's hard to tell for sure based before we really get into SEC play, but they do look really good. Would have no problem with anybody saying they look the best so far. Game will be close as usual. A lot of LSU fans are rightfully excited about their team - they look very balanced and the offense is obviously much better this year.

However, too many LSU fans seem to be assuming that Alabama's defense isn't going to be good this year. It was a rough day yesterday, Texas A&M and Manziel just have Alabama's number on matchups on that side of the ball - glad Alabama could get out with a win this time. I'm still pretty confident that Alabama's defense is goign to be near the top of the Conference, again.

They haven't really played anyone but I'll admit they do look tough. It's going to be a classic game as always either way. They tend to have the upper hand on us at home. Hopefully that changes this year. Can't wait!!

No, but Manziel is going to throw one up for grabs right at Loston. Instead of Loston trying to catch it, he is going to go bust Evans' arse instead.

Alabama's defense has been tested and it failed. and the offense looked good... against a team that gave up 500 yards to Rice. Impressive.

Hey bucc, why you been trippin lately brah? I know LSU hasn't proven anything, but you are always right there lately to just discredit us.

I'll wait and see when they play a good team. Right now I'd have Bama and LSU 1a & 1b.
I hope they both go undefeated until they play each other. Game Day will surely be there and the game will be on eof the biggest this year.

That's one of the Bama home games that I plan on being at for sure..

LSU will have a good team. No questions. Always Bama/LSU for the top two spots every year. However, I still think it's a push. Will be for the unforeseeable future.

Bama played a top defense in the first week and perhaps the best offense in the nation this week. That is a great test. I think this team COULD BE one of our strongest teams mentally.I have yet to see a full team effort.

Will we get a full team effort for an entire game this year. I think we will but who knows. I could see us losing 2 game or going undefeated.

No need. Just score at will for the win like Bama.

This from a Gump whose team has looked eminently beatable, with extra preparation time, against a middle of the pack ACC squad and an Aggie circus that couldn't spell defense if you spotted them a "D" and a "fense".
