I suppose it's POSSIBLE that he isn't playing and Saban just wants to keep it quiet. But, all the scuttlebutt says that all this stuff was reported to the NCAA months ago and Bama was told they're fine. And he played against VT. And Saban said in his presser none of the current players will be affected.

That is risky, isn't it? I'm not trying to be a jerk or anything, but they seem to have a strong link between this agent and fluker. If his name shows up on papers for a plane ticket, it seems likely they'd be able to prove he didn't pay for his own ticket.
