I'm sure everybody would like to see Alabama vacate wins or titles....but the NCAA would have to get everyone involved to talk. Luther Davis is not a booster, DJ Fluker is now in the NFL and no longer under LOI. They no longer have access to his bank account and can't subpoena records. They can't make anyone do any thing because NCAA is not a court of law. The NCAA can only work with Alabama's compliance office, and if they found no wrong doing within the school, how can they vacate wins or championships ? Luther Davis will not admit to committing a felony to the NCAA.
