instead of worrying about LSU's QB's you should worry about A&M's defense.

I know you guys hate to admit that Chavis actually knows a thing or two as a DC, but he does. I'm not worried about our defense at all in fact. Our offense is terrible.

You can't argue that LSU hasn't focused on DT-QBs who have mediocre HS stats indicating that they need more polishing and work on accuracy. It is what is. We have our own issues, but that doesn't negate the truth.
Given the talent that LSU signs every year on both sides of the ball, it is absolutely criminal that you guys can't get decent pro style QBs Zach was the last one you had, but the play calling was an issue at times if IIRC.

Why are you having to deal with Jordan Jefferson, Anthony Jennings, Brandon Harris. You guys have elite WRs.

LSU and Chavis should have never gotten to this point, period. LSU was a scorned little bitch in pursuing this. Maybe they are right, maybe they aren't. I guess we'll find out, but you can't have much sympathy for Alleva as hep poked the mustachioed man.

Not surprising. He kept hanging out with Claiborne and Golden initially, with all of them getting caught 1-2am back when he was a true fish.

He has had issues every single year. It is unfortunate because unlike Claiborne/Golden, I do think he is a good kid.
Some of you guys are thinking this distraction and "fiasco" is like a nail in the coffin.

Until proven otherwise:

LSU 28
A&M 27

Fournette returns to form with 209 yards rushing.

Texas A&M is our bitch. Why would we be jealous of them?

That is a 100% factual statement.

Mizzou is also one of the best damn B1G teams there is...

I'm actually surprised this is the same story even with Oliver Luck within the NCAA walls. I guess I was foolish to think anything would change or get more strict, especially with so much obvious evidence about Tunsil.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't there tons of evidence with Fluker too and nothing happened @ Bama?
Yeah, but it'd be under Pat Haden. That guy is as big of a ****-up as Sark.

A&M is going to finish 9-3 at best. No flame. LSU will have no more than 1 loss. A&M won't be able to keep up with LSU scoring

No. Subtle difference. A&M will not be able to stop LSU from running the ball and scoring. That is the only truth I'm willing to accept.

I think it is more about how Ole Miss appears to have jumped out of nearly no where to land a really amazing class having followed a terrible year.

It just sort of sticks out? I don't know either way. I'm just theorizing why they have drawn attention.

2008 - 29
2009 - 19
2010 - 23
2011 - 20
2012 - 47
2013 - 9
2014 - 15
2015 - 17

You should have included Arkansas and Tennessee in that group. Both of them got tons of love preseason for pretty much no reason.

Arkansas played well in the 2nd half of last year on D but lost 5 of their best players (I think it was 5...).

Tennessee supposedly has talent and is looking to turn the corner, and then they go and lose after being 17-3 at half. Their season could go 2011 TAMU and be painful.

because he is smart

How so? Should he have gone to Miss State? I mean, after all, it's not like A&M has any recent history of putting offensive lineman in the NFL or specifically tackles.

Miss. State has a rich track record of... Gabe Jackson...the only NFL lineman from State that is currently in the NFL.

There have been wild theories about Little not hitting it off with Christensen. Those are just tall-tales made up because nothing else makes sense.

The other end of that spectrum feels like Smith is going to get six-figures from booster X for school X and funnel a big chunk of that.
The amount of delusion in thinking that Steele is a proven upgrade over Chavis leaving is incredible.

If yall had an offense or QB more importantly worth a shite you could do so much more than beat TAMU every year.

You're going to be disappointed, but enjoy 3rd and Chavis. oops, there goes another 3rd and 12 conversion.

TAMU was 110th and 112th in FBS for yards allowed two yrs in a row. Not to mention LSU had better 3RD down defense since 2010 and probably before that than TAMU.

You think we give a shite about "3rd and Chavis". Well, at least you guys won't have to put up with Chavis anymore. It is obvious he was a piss poor D coordinator who lost dozens of games over the years because he played too soft of a defense.

Jesus...put down the pipe.

"Steele is an upgrade over Chavis". Right....right...
Really too bad Bud Foster is too dumb to come join the big boys in the SEC. Moreover, he is shorting himself $300-$400k a year, easily. He is also a sap for taking deferred payment in the form of longtime retention bonuses when in reality, the new AD is going to oust Beamer in 2 years if he doesn't retire already.

IMO, if not Shoop, Venables (suspect actually), Foster, Narduzzi, or Smart....then I don't know who is a home run. I'd like to see Bedford bolt from the Sips.

re: Reset - Who is left for DC?

How has this hiring process been a cluster frick? You think getting a decent DC happens in a week. Aggies were in the same boat and i think it took a little over a month. Yall probably dont have that long, but if you want someone who is good and well paid things have to be handled on their time frame.
