If she wants to put herself in the spot light like that then I have no sympathy for her.

That's cool, you are entitled to your own opinion.

Not condoning this at all, but in today's society, that's going to happen, particularly when she's among a group of girls who are usually small. That was my point when I asked earlier why she wouldn't have gotten in shape before trying out. Obviously, she's talented, she would be much better if she was at a size that she could perform the gymnastics & dance that college cheerleaders do, and she wouldn't be subjected to the ridicule. Not saying it's ok; just saying that's how it is.

Don't disagree. Just feel it is wrong to post stuff about a girl on the Internet when she has no way of defending herself but that's just my opinion.

I do feel bad for her, but she's obviously in the public eye and I think most people would probably shed a few lbs after the hits she's taken.

The bigger question is how tall you are. Seriously girls today make Nick Saban look like a giant!

In the early days of sports like the early days of the theatre it was all male so there would have been a lot of overweight cheerleaders. In the old days the football players were cheerleaders for basketball and the basketball players were football cheerleaders.

Well, cheerleaders aren't exactly O-linemen size. If they were, they'd be O-linemen.

My uncle was a cheerleader at Georgia Tech. He was tiny. They called him "Peanut." He's also a mean old coot, now. I think he has Napoleon complex.

Are you mixing margyritas with a broken blender and too much Cuervo again?
