Of course not, but a court of law still has the right to overturn the NCAA ruling and, if said ruling is based on something inadmissible in court, it would get thrown out.

That all depends on how deep Manziel is willing to let them go into his life, though.

Doubt that's how it would work but lets just assume it did. That way in 3 years after discovery motion filing and witness depositions you guys reinstate his eligibility...
