Did Dooley not coach or something? I guess sometimes recruiting classes don't equate to success.

Dooley didn't do anything right. His recruiting was subpar. He was incompetent as a coach. The players didn't like or respect him.
Basically, think of every positive attribute you could want in a coach. Dooley had none of those.

Not a very good coach when your big victory at the schools is beating Cinci coached by Butch Jones.
