I will rank them, but also list what they would need to do to accomplish it.

1) Texas (need new coach)
2) USC (need new coach)
3) Florida St (need coaching staff consistency)
4) Miami (culture change)
5) Tennessee (too much out of their control, but still possible)
6) Nebraska (I'm skeptical it can be done at all)

I agree, although i consider tenn and miami to be a toss up

My thoughts exactly.

In response to another commenter, too bad USC couldn't take advantage of the BCS while they were owning the PAC 12. The days of USC + everyone else are over for the near future.
