Prosecution was pathetic. They haven't proved anything. I don't know if he did it or not but they state surely didn't prove it.

Yeah if you watch the video of him doing the walk-through with the police, you can tell his story is legit and on point. It's perfectly consistent with all the 911 calls the neighbors made too, as far as hearing someone yell "help" over and over. His head wounds on the back of his head are also consistent with eyewitness testimony.
Not to mention Trayvon's dumbass racist girlfriend clearly lied through her teeth. She's told like 4 completely different stories. Literally 4 different ones from start to finish. And she's a racist as hell idiot.

I could see a case for Man 1 but the prosecution would have to do a real jam up job of presenting their case to even have a hope of getting that conviction. No way a jury in their right mind convicts him of murder 1.

BS...whether TM thought it was justified or not you don't attack somebody and start beating them up. He just made a bad decision by deciding to jump a guy who was carrying a concealed weapon. What's Zimmerman supposed to do? Just lay there and get beaten to death?
If I thought I was being followed by some crazy arse cracker I'd call the cops. If TM's culture and upbringing didnt lead him to this same conclusion then maybe that's what the conversation should be about...not about how he's some kind of victim. Victims don't pin a guy and beat their head into the pavement.
TM was a thug and everyone knows it. Its tragic...really it is...but more times than not this is the way the "thug life" plays out. In Chicago this is happening almost on a daily basis....it just doesn't get any airtime because there normally aren't any (semi)white people involved.

If Zimmerman wouldn't have followed the kid like he was Magnum P.I. then the confrontation would have never have happened. You can't start a confrontation and then end with deadly force when you start getting your arse beat. Involuntary manslaughter maybe.

With all the guns and ammo that have been bought here lately I do believe I would think twice about doing any rioting and mayhem . This
may just be what Obama has been waiting for , a bunch of rioting and deaths that will give him a reason to declare Martial Law where he can implement all the laws he wants without going through Congress. As the old saying goes the shite may be about to hit the fan.

Yeah I haven't been following the case a whole lot lately but I do know that he was told not to go out there and confront him and yet he still did. shite definitely could've been easily avoided if he wouldn't have been such a dumbass.
