If it is I'm guessing Aggieland Outfitters made it. They tend to create really shitty shirts in a weak attempt to emulate memes and other current pop culture. They are also the idiots that made the shirt that had North Carolina as an SEC state.

Yes, and I want to buy 50 of them and have them sent to the football office a couple weeks before the game.
Can't have the players not dressing out in style.
