Now it is the time of year where both climb. Which one makes you more miserable?
I say the pure heat is what gets to me the most.

Humidity can turn 85 degrees into pure heat.. Plus it lingers at night.
I sway the other way.

CatGal living where you do has to be miserable for you at times then.

Humidity is worse, hands down.

Neither makes me miserable. I love the heat.
ETA: In South Alabama it's ALWAYS super-humid and very hot. So there's no real distinction between the two.

If it's pure heat, I don't start really sweating until it gets into the 90s. Humidity makes me sweat like crazy in the high 70s

Indeed.
I've spent a good amount of time in the desert, and it's a completely different far more tolerable kind of heat than the heat of the south.

Humidity makes me need a bath after taking a shower.

If I get locked out of my house on a really hot day, I don't die.

You can always put more clothing on in the cold. You can only take so many articles of clothing off in the heat before you find yourself on the sex offender registry.

As long as its not cold, I'm happy!

During doubles I could wear long sleeves or grey to sweat to keep cool if high humidity. During blazing heat it just taps me out.
I hate below 50 degree weather but above 100 just kills me.

Find you some A/C or slap on some sunscreen if you're fair skinned

Not necessarily ...

The ideal temperature, IMO, is between 45 and 70 with minimal humidity.
