Record Revenue for the SEC

Slive said the SEC will distribute approximately $289 million to the 14 institutions for the 2012-13 fiscal year. That's about $20 mil each.
Aggies and Mizzou. How does that compare to what you guys got from the longhorn conference last year?

How the frick is the Pac12, which averages literally 50% of the SEC's TV ratings, making $25 Mil?

We got nothing from the bevo 12-2-1+1-1+1 last year. The year before I think it was $13mil, and $9mil in 2010.
And it's only going to go up with the network. This is awesome!

I'm gonna guess it boils down to simple math... the Pac12 is only splitting cash 12 ways, not 14... plus, they signed a more recent TV deal than the SEC, I believe.

Pretty good windfall. I hope you guys can make some substantial capital improvements and maybe a JC QB or two. Gotta start contributing, you freeloaders.
