Conspiracy theories have a negative connotation. He gave alternative views of world events. I learned about what happened in Iran in the 50s that shaped the 79 revolution and their continued hate of us from him.
He spoke of Southern Air a lot and the coincidental rise in heroin addiction in the US during the Vietnam war.
Also had interesting views on how Cuba as our enemy, but leased a base to us through it all...

But, Cracker....... Those rag-heads over there "hate us because of our freedom". It has nothing to do with the U.S. governments documented role in overthrowing their democratically-elected government and then supporting an authoritarian regime over them for decades. Sheesh.....
That's crazy nutjob conspiracy talk. Iranians hate us because we are a bunch of badasses and they're just jealous...........War is peace. Freedom is slavery. Smoke if ya got em.........
