Love LSU white jersey unis (also love the purple jerseys, although apparently no one else does 
) but I gotta admit my favorite all time are Aubie's home jersey unis, simple, classic, and complimentary colors:

I love the UT colors
that being said, I don't think they should be mentioned any where close to the top uniforms in the SEC.
