Our other choices are a DB, a true freshman, and two guys who have proven to be crap. Slenderman seemed like John Elway compared to the other options.

I wanted him for depth. It would have been nice to have someone on the sidelines with game experience and good accuracy.

We don't even know if he got an offer. All he did was visit. That's what I tried to say in the dumbass thread from a few days ago where people were already talking about him transferring to AU like he already had an apartment picked out.
