I don't have it but I know several people who do and they love it.

I switched from DirectTV to U-verse and I really like it. I know some folks that love it and others that hate it, but it's better than Time-Warner, Direct, or Dish here in Columbia.

I have the internet, but not the TV package. Never had a problem. However they do penalize you for using The Pirate Bay too many times. ![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/Iconbanghead.gif)

I have it and it is absolutely awesome. Blows charter out of the water. A few highlights
-We get channels out the arse. Like over 1,000 in HD. Every sports, movie, music, whatever channel you can think of we get it.
-Their installer put a box in every bedroom
-Speaking of that, the TV in my bedroom is an HD ready TV that I bought a few years ago, but I just had a regular hookup on it. After the dude installed the Uverse box in my room he put HD cables with it, so now I have HD in my room. That's not like some awe inspiring feature, but it was nice and I appreciated it
-We have a ton more DVR space
-We can now record more shows at once than we could
-Internet is fast
-It's CHEAPER

I have it. The DVR system is awesome. I am moving and might not be able to get it. Very upset

Had it in Kennesaw for over two years - love it. The only way I'd switch away is for Verizon's FIOS, or a comparable service.
The no-CSS does indeed suck, but the games we have that are broadcast on CSS are the cupcakes. We just go over to the mother-in-law's to watch those since she refuses to leave Comcast. Having moved over from Comcast, I will say that the U-Verse On Demand (for free movies, etc) does leave a bit to be desired. I got a Roku 2 XS for Christmas, so the Hulu/Netflix/Vudu/Amazon Prime offerings more than make up for that.

They have had to come out on a couple occasions but overall I'm pleased with them.
