for lsu its not really that certain kids are "busts" its more of our coaching staff not knowing how to utilize them,,,which is 1000000x more frustrating.

Unless he can get it together this year, Jordan Allen is one for LSU. Fobbs and Armand Williams are also not even close to sniffing the field.

This is a tough question. All of our busts tend to transfer when they realize they won't be getting playing time. Only guys I can think of are Fulton, Jarrick Williams, Dee Hart, and Brian Vogler. Vogler is the only I would classify as a bust, as the rest will have an opportunity to shine this season or have missed extensive time due to injury.

I wouldn't classify him as a bust but I've been underwhelmed with Depriest at linebacker. He won't sniff the league and the starting ILB currently at Bama should be more athletic. See Rueben Foster. I do hope he plays lights out this year and proves me wrong.

Brey Cook
Top 100 OT

Thus far he's been a bust but with Pittman heading the o-line now hopefully he can finally find his potential. Things are looking promising so far in spring.

Our biggest bust ever, 5 Star CB Darius Winston, is finally gone after last season. He wasnt just disappointing. He was BAD.

Herein lies the basic difference between Bama and LSU.

I was about to say Chris Davenport, but I just recently remembered that he transferred to Tulane.

5.8 4-Star OL Nick Demien

Cant crack the 2-Deep, and couldnt even get on the field in our OL injury ravaged year. Inexcusable.

For LSU..

Justin Maclin 4* DE out of Memphis. He was a guy alot of programs were after. USC wanted him bad

Mickey Johnson 4* DT. Another highly recruited guy, flat out getting dominated by everybody at practice.

Can't really think of any others right now, were so young it's tough to label that many guys busts at this point

Cameron should take care of that little problem. Still early, but it'll be a completely different offense at the very least. It's about time

I never thought Dee Hart merited the ranking he did (and never understood why we took him). But, since he did get that ranking, I'll have to go with him.

DePriest may not be a star but he is far from a bust.

I don't know how you can even call Trey a bust.

Freshman season - Sat behind the three man rotation of Hightower (first round pick), Mosley (likely first round pick), and Nico (likely mid round pick).

Sophomore season - Started at Mike over Mosley and Nico, but was in a three man rotation with them.

Junior season - Now it's just him and CJ, and I think he's gonna have a good year.

Vogler will probably be starting at TE this year, and really improved his blocking last season.
