This is from a thread about a Mullen interview with Jim Rome tomorrow:
A conversation with Engie about tater tots
Bob: I like tater tots. They are tasty.
Engie: WHAT!? False. Tater tots are NOT the best food in the world. I don’t care HOW many times you say it. You’re just WRONG.
Bob: Um, I didn’t say tater tots are the best food in the world. I just said I myself happen to like them. I understand that others may feel differently.
Engie: Dude, I just DON’T see how you can SIT there and KEEP saying tater tots “are the BEST food in the world.” Apparently YOU have NO appreciation for mathematical FACTS and incontrovertible STATISTICS. But HERE, allow me to present a SIMPLE spreadsheet demonstrating that I’m RIGHT and you’re WRONG:
MOST BESTEST FOODS IN THE WORLD
1. Steak
2. Pasta
3. Barbecue
4-123. Not tater tots
124. Tater tots
See, you CAN’T even argue that tater tots are the BEST.
Bob: Ok, I would prefer to stop speaking to you now because you’re twisting everything I say to suit your own agenda. Goodbye.
Engie: HA, I just totally DESTROYED you. Tater tots will NEVER be the best. Do you know HOW I know THIS. DO YOU? It’s HISTORICAL fact! Do you even KNOW about the Irish POTATO Blight of the 1840s, which wreaked untold destruction and STARVATION in Ireland? DO YOU? Tater tots have NEVER been a TOP TEN food, so they NEVER will be. . . Now pardon me while I hump my abacus.
I think that facts hurt their brains over there. It is sad who Gene's Page-ish it has gotten over there.

Interesting...
A bunch of them are upset because I called few of them out for saying that our fans don't show up for baseball and that we'd have 8k or less in actual attendance in the Saturday SBW game -- and it went downhill from there. In hindsight -- the whole argument was my fault for the most part and it was stupid -- I should have just left well enough alone.

Arlo is the wittiest OM poster around -- reminds me alot of Godfrey back in the day. I actually commend him on that one -- it's hilarious.

Weather permitting, we reclaim our full top 10 all-time on-campus attendance record on Saturday. LSU has snuck in at #10.
FWIW, we've done this every SBW where we thought we had a good team in the recent past -- 2003, 2006, 2007, etc...
