Interesting changes and it looks like some major changes could happen this spring in regards to moving guys around.

Looks like star guys.
Was expected since noone can play star on the roster except those two (Maybe Therezie)
Sucks that Mckinzey, Holland and Frost are the only LBs on roster now

Why is our d-line shedding pounds? Some I understand, but I don't get Nero and Ford dropping weight.
Is Nero still projected inside or is the new staff wanting him on the edge?

Nero had a lot of baby fat on him so he needed to shed pounds. I don't understand why he didn't put on muscle though

I would assume right now they are working on shedding unwanted weight and going forward they will be putting on good weight.

Ladarius Owens and Chris Landrum are at LB now too! So is Anthony Swain.....all 3 are 230 lb or more

Ladarious Owens at linebacker makes me happy.... He would be better in a 3-4 at backer but he could be awesome back there for us.
If Craig Sanders had enough lateral movement, he would probably kill a few running backs by season end at linebacker

I've been thinking he had a similar body type and skill set as Eric Norwood. Hopefully we can get the same type of production from Owens playing that position.

Craig asked the coaches numerous times to put him at MLB last year. Told them he wouldn't miss the tackles that were slipping through the middle, but as you know it never happened.
