No major conference team with at least 24 wins has ever been snubbed of a bid.

ETA: false info.

WTF does BCS have to do with basketball?

I understand what you meant but BCS is strictly football associated. Should have said:

No team from a major conference with 24 wins has ever been snubbed.

No decent BCS team has had to load up on a bunch of cupcakes to get to 24 wins, either.

Ole Miss has just two top-50 wins (both Missouri) with losses to three of the four worst teams in the SEC. Their two best non-conference opponents were Middle Tennessee and Indiana St., and they lost to both of them.

Ole Miss has 25 wins because of one of the softest OOC schedules I've ever seen. Their resume is pathetic.

I want Ole Miss to get in b/c of league affiliation, but in no way do they deserve it.
