That's the rumor anyway. Football will return in 2015 at the FCS level.

January 29th, 2013 ETSU's SGA approved an amendment to reinstate football on campus by implementing a $125 student fee. The measure passed 22-5. President Brian Noland expects to hire a head coach as early as May and be playing football in the fall of 2015.

This is where I go to school so this has been the rumor on campus. It's pretty hilarious. I'll be graduated by then though. Or I hope.

I am not familiar with that part of Tennessee. Are there enough food stocks to support Fulmer?

I can't tell who's being serious here. Is it East Tennesee or East Texas?
I assume East Tennessee, and I think that is great for Fulmer and the school.
