Some of you people are really bitter little nerds.

This trademark stuff began in the fall because if Johnny and his family do not stop people from selling and profiting off his likeness it will result in serious eligibility issues for him.

HE HAS NO CHOICE but to do this if he wishes to continue playing ball. Does anyone really think JFF is going to become rich from some damages from a guy selling a few t-shirts online? Hell no, he will most likely never see a dime, however a ruling in his favor will establish a precedent in his favor and stop everyone and their dog from trying to make money off him and his name.

If JFF had a dollar and you had a dollar, JFF would kick your arse and take your dollar.

as long as HE isn't profiting off his likeness, then there are no eligibilty issues.
