Shortly after he'd moved on, his book The Hurry-Up, No-Huddle: An Offensive Philosophy was released, containing these images as demonstrations of sideline signals that would be easy for high schoolers to remember in the heat of battle.
In Shiloh's case, a Biblical theme worked well, since its players "were already familiar with the Bible and the stories that went with the characters."
While his stops at Arkansas and Arkansas State have likely adapted alternate themes (backwoods computer hacking and deer hunting, respectively), there is no program in the country that would be more suited for a return to using Joseph's many-colored suit as a play signal than Auburn.
It's a God thing.
