Reuben Foster's father arrested in Florida

DANIA BEACH, FLORIDA (WIAT) - The biological father of Alabama football signee Reuben Foster has been arrested in Dania Beach, Florida by the U.S. Marshal's office. Danny Foster shot his wife, Anita Berry Paige & 18-month old son Reuben in 1995. The boy was wounded in his back. Foster was indicted by a Randolph County grand jury in 1006 and fled the state before being arrested in California. He escaped the jail in December of 1996.

I bet Reuben doesn't buy him a house when he gets his NFL contract.
But, at least this gives Vern something to talk about for the next 3 years.

My Lord that's awful. Goes to show you never know some of the things that some of these young men have been through. I'm sure ole Verne will get a lot of mileage out of this

I wondered why Reuben didn't have a father figure. No wonder he took up with Trooper. I hope our coaches provide what he needs to become a good man.
