Hey guys, new poster here, long time lurker and thought I'd take the plunge and start a thread... if germans don't rag on me too hard but here are some coach interviews from today. impressions?

Also, it looks like Chiz pawned off all his non-leather jackets (smocks) on Melvin

Guys, I really do believe we have hit a home run with these assistants. Just their demeanor, the way they talk, and their respect for this program is telling to me.

I melted down when Gus was hired but he has impressed me so far. I'm not on the homer stage predicting 9-3 minimum yet and I still think Jay Jacobs is a frick tard. But I support Gus and am giving him the keys to my heart, hopefully he doesn't break it as it has yet to recover from this year.

I'm honestly pretty excited to see what this staff can do especially if we hold the recruting class together. Still not a fan of the Chiz smocks but hey I could care less as long as we win.

Yep post more. You seem like a quality guy.
Anybody else excited about our secondary being led by Smith and Harbison as much as I am? They've worked together on the same staff, have a mutual respect/admiration for one another, faith in the other's ability to coach DBs, and so forth. Add in some talent to coach (Holsey, Therezie, Jones) and boom. Formula for success.
