Since that is where he really wanted to go anyway?
And since someone has already won the Heisman twice, he could be the first person to win the Heisman at two different schools.

He always wanted to go to UT but he committed to Oregon before aTm? I'm confused now.

As was proven again this year, a defensive player will never win the Heisman, so transferring to tu to play safety would be a bad move for him on many levels....
