Why Texas A&M will win the SEC and National Championship in 2013

Honestly, I’m tired of reading all of the ignorant posts proclaiming A&M won’t be back in 2013. A&M not only will be back in 2013, they’ll also win the National Championship in the Rose Bowl. Bookmark this thread and bring it back in 13 months. I will be a God.
I read through the other thread asking whether A&M will win the SEC West. Honestly, I don’t think my fellow Ags did a good enough job explaining just how potentially dangerous next year’s A&M squad could be. Don’t want my post to be lost in the storm, so I started this thread.
Position by position, a quick breakdown:
QB-Johnny Manziel—Oh, according to you guys, the SEC will “figure him out.” Um, ok. You had all season to “figure him out” and you failed. The real scary part about Johnny Football is he still has room to improve and still can be a better quarterback. Late season A&M would absolutely wipe the floor with Florida. By mid-season, when things started slowing down for Johnny and he learned to trust his gut and throw it down field, was when the Texas A&M offense simply became unstoppable. In 2013 Johnny will have it all figured out in week one. Not week seven.
WR-Lots and lots of ignorant people here. Yes, we lost Ryan Swope.. But Swope was not the leading receiver on the team. Mike Evans was. Mike Evans was Johnny’s go-to receiver. He was a RS-FS too, and he will be back. Guys like Malcome Kennedy (the game winning catcher against Bama) was starting to come into his own at the end of the season.. Thomas Johnson (the 5 star recruit Thomas Johnson), if he gets his life figured out, will further blossom. And then finally, has anyone seen the 2013 class coming in? What is it? 7 wide receivers? Including a guy named RICKY SEALS JONES. The #1 player in the state of Texas.. Or Kyrion Parker (4 stars) Or JaQuay Williams (4 stars), Or Quiv Gonzelez (4 stars).. well you get the picture.
Offensive Line-Again, a lot of people making an assumption both Joeckel and Mathews are gone. They’re juniors. Most likely, one stays and one will leave. And I would put it at a 30% chance both stay. Joeckel and Mathews both have siblings on the team and both realize they can bring an National Championship back to Aggieland. You want to insist one leaves? Fine. I am confident we’ll be fine.. Whether it means shifting Ced O to tackle, shifting Mathews to LT, placing our JUCO monster Jeremiah Stuckey in.. we’ll be fine.
Patrick Lewis. The center-he’s gone. But in comes Mike Mathews. Yes, the brother to Jake, as center. 4-star recruit. I think he’s going to do just fine.
RB-More ignorance. ”But, but Christine Micheal will be gone.” C-Mike was not even a starter. He was not our leading rushing running back. It was Ben Malena. And Ben Malena will be back. Secondly, remember the name-Brandon Williams. The Rivals’ 5-star transfer from OU.. Inelgible this season, ready to be the starter. The guy was, by far, Texas A&M’s top camp performer in 2012. Just remember the name: Brandon Williams. Oh yeah that one guy-Trey Williams—the other 5 star running back we have. Next year he’s a sophomore.. Yeah. That's two, 5-star running backs in the backfield..
Secondary-The secondary was the youngest part of the team this season. The secondary will not be a concern and does not lose any key pieces.
Front 7-Damontre Moore. Damontre Moore. We don’t know what this guy will do. Go to the NFL, stay, we don’t know. If Moore doesn’t leave, A&M loses one player on the defensive line—Spencer Nealy. A definite loss and definitely someone we will miss.
Linebackers-2 out of the 3 graduate. We’ll miss those guys no doubt.. Is a concern.. Will need JUCO Kenny Flowers and class of 2012ers and 2013ers to fill needs.
Finally. Have you seen Texas A&M’s schedule? They’re favored in all but two games-Alabama and LSU. Alabama, A&M has already beat.. 8 home games.. Unreal.

Y'all will have a good year but you won't even win the West. It's a helluva lot tougher than you guys realize. You'll see.

If you're gonna call out a fanbase (I for one don't, I like the kid) for talking about Manziel, at least call one out that didn't beat him.

We're gonna get that arse in Oxford next year.
We've added a QB dive to the playbook. We won't be your only loss either.

PRINT THE SHIRTS
And I'm with Fawx. Could have just said "JFH" and ended it.
In all seriousness, good post, but it's going to get ripped here. Come say hi on the A&M forum.

Whatever. Being in the SEC against a divisional opponent gives you the target on your back.
The only team that has any excuse for not knowing what the team was about is Florida. They had no tape at all. Hell, our own fans had no idea what to expect.
You can say whatever you want, but everyone was looking at A&M this year as an easy mark and most were left wondering what the heck hit them.

But they were a school that came from the outside! I thought the SEC could beat any OOC school....
