SEC Teams with Heisman Winners?

Florida with Spurrier, Wuerffel and Tebow
Georgia with Frank Sinkwiche and Herschel
Bama with Ingram
LSU with Billy Cannon
Auburn with Sullivan, Bo and Cam
South Carolina with George Rogers
A&M with John David Crow and now Johnny Football
Did I forget anyone?
Who has the best chance of being next? Will Manziel win it again once SEC DCs have made adjustments? Can Gurley at Georgia bring one home? Could Clowney have a shot next year, or did this year prove they are not going to award a Heisman to a pure defender? What about AJ at Bama?

A QB is not going to win the Heisman at Alabama. And with our depth in the backfield, I seriously doubt we have a season like 2009 or 2011 from a RB. A defensive player would have to have a truly historic year.

Gurley has an excellent shot. I think Clowney has a better chance than Te'o ever did. Yeldon will also be a contender for at least a couple of years.

Kenneth Dixon after he transfers to Arkansas from La Tech.

Murray could actually garner some attention if eh returns next year. Offense has the perfect recipe for him to make a Heisman run

It is harder to win a second one than it is the first one. If there ever was a year for another repeat Heisman winner it was 2009. There were two former winners in the field and one didn't finish and the other was third to Mark Ingram.

Can JFF vote for himself next year?

Word is that he may return if Bobo stays

I think Williams x2, Malena, and Carson take away a lot of Manziel's rushing yards and TDs next season but his passing TDs go up.

Jonathan Williams once he gets behind a Bielema offensive line

I didn't think it was even a question, but if Bobo goes I don't see him leaving. I also don't see Bobo uprooting his family with this kind of offense waiting for him.
I think that Gurley has a good chance to get it before he leaves.

Should have happened. PM was robbed.
Patterson might be a Heisman contender if he returned.

Maybe, but a lot of Manziel's rushing yards and TDs came from scrambles, not designed QB runs. While our backs certainly deserve and will receive many touches, basically everytime a pass is called, Manziel can either throw it or look to run if it breaks down
