So I am starting to believe that JJ is going to screw this one up incredibly bad. Someone along the lines of Gus Malzahn or Shawn Watson bad. So assuming they do something incredibly stupid, what are some up and comers to look out for in 2017? These are guys that are starting to be on the up but not quite SEC quality hires yet (and Petrino should always make this list)

Bobby Petrino (he will do well at S Miss)
Dave Dorean (Good record at NIU maybe NC State)
Joe Whitt Jr (Is a star in the making)
Steve Sarkisan (Seems to be doing well at UW)
Kyle Flood (Seems to be doing well 1st yr Rutgers)
Gary Anderson (Slowly turning around Utah St)
Manny Diaz (UT DC highly thought of)

Gussy malzahn will lead us to the promised land with his highschool offense

Remember when we lined Ziemba up as a wide receiver. Gah I love that play

Not taking up for JJ, but what if Malzahn or Smart is the best we can do? I mean, if Gary P turns us down, there's not enough backing to hire Petrino, who do you (JJ) hire? You can't force someone to come and there is a limited number of football coaches on the market (coupled with other jobs open). Pump the brakes and let this play out.

I can't believe I'm the one pumping the brakes on this, but its too soon for the meltdown. Check back in with this later especially if TN and Arky make homerun hires before us.......
