If Boise is ranked #15 later tonight ahead of NIU, they play FSU in the Orange bowl.

It's good to see SC sneak back in to the top ten, at least on Coach poll. I like seeing half of the SEC in the top ten.
The downside is that the rest of the SEC doesn't even make the top 25.

IIRC Boise State still won't be ranked by any of the computers, and Northern Illinois' computer rankings will be enough to vault them over Boise State

It's be better than NIU playing in a BCS Bowl.

We go 4-1 against the top 12 and are ranked behind a team that played 2 top 25 teams and went 1-1. Yep makes sense to me.

How did Oregon jump Florida??
Posted on 12/2/12 at 11:38 am to Tigerbait357
I blame Bama. I'm guessing is the way humans are making sure Florida doesn't jump Bama because of the computers. Cause Oregon will be lower in the BCS after the computers come in.
I'm used to this chit, nothing surprises me any more.

The butthurt is flowing strong with two AP voters (I know the AP matters not):
Chris Murray has Florida #3 and Alabama #4. He also has Oregon ranked one spot ahead of Stanford (#5 and #6). Finally, he has Nebraska, which lost 70-31 yesterday, ranked #17.
Jeremy Sampson has Texas A&M #3 and Alabama #4. South Carolina is ranked behind Georgia who's ranked behind Florida. And yes, Nebraska is in his top 20, too.

NIU jumped 2 spots in the coaches poll while Boise stayed at 15. That alone is enough to vault them over Boise. Same thing is going to happen in the Harris and computers too so it really won't be close. Only matters if they pass Neb which they probably will as Nebraska dropped 8 spots in the Coaches.
