I could say the same for LSU. It's daytime, and after playing on soft clay in 09 vs Penn State, I want nothing to do with that bowl for a long time.

Everything about it is mediocre. Crap stadium surrounded by a worse city.

I do think its funny all these Texas folks are claiming something in Florida is better than something in Texas.

Not to mention it is played while two other bowls are being played during the day while the Cotton Bowl is played all by its loan some in prime time...

The stadium really is a piece of garbage. Orlando is fine, but I'm not going there to watch a game again. That group that hosts it have a lot to learn about hosting a bowl game.

yep its stupid that the cap1 is ahead in the picks because the cotton is a much better bowl. It is played in a nicer stadium in a city that is way better than the cap1.

the cap1 bowl blows dicks but then again the aggies enjoy that sort of thing

This is painful. Just moronic.

Should we wish for the Alamo Bowl, too? How about the Meinike? I mean, they're in Texas, right? WTF.

Here's the run down:

Cap 1 $$ > any non-BCS $$

Cap 1 SEC Selection > every bowl not named Orange, Rose, Fiesta, or Sugar.

This is the extent of the discussion.

That the Cotton Bowl is played in Jerry World is irrelevant. It simply does not matter. Whatever nostalgic feeling you get when envisioning the Cotton Bowl is inconsequential. They won't have the opportunity to select A&M. That's because the better bowl has dibs.

Just terrible shite. Just awful.
