I'm happy that you had a good season in your first year in the sec. But don't start patting yourself on the back. You finished 3rd in the west so in the end it didn't amount to much.
The only way to gain any respect in the sec is to have a sustained period of top quality football teams. You have to make and win a couple of sec championships and to be considered elite you have to win a BCS/Playoff title.
Don't forget that last year Arkansas was in the same position you are in now

Meh. It was a great game. I'll look forward to seeing how Nick Saban and staff approach it next September.

Bammer. You had a great year. But we beat your arse at home. Exceeding expectations in our first year in the SEC deserves a pat on the back. It's ok if you are nervous, bro.

Great game when you beat us and you may have a heisman trophy winner after this year. All I am trying to say is quit looking for everyone to give you all this respect. This season was great and if you continue at this level you will be considered a top program by the sec and the country. Just don't expect it to happen this year
