I said "screwed" in quotes to try and emphasize that I wasn't serious. The only team that would have really gotten screwed would have possibly been Oregon not getting the rematch nod, had they only the one loss and won the PAC.

As far as the 2007 nonsense, I love when people bring this up, especially Alabama fans as justification for them "backing in" to the title last year. LSU was the highest ranked 2-loss team, just as Bama is the highest ranked 1-loss team this year and last. Somehow if everyone would only have had one loss instead of 2, it is different. LSU still had to win SOMETHING, Alabama won nothing, they got in the game on the "quality of a loss".

That being said, I never thought Bama shouldn't have played in it, I was just hoping it wouldn't happen knowing they were the only team LSU could lose to.
