Georgia will be going to Atlanta. We all know this. And this year they didn't backdoor in. They won against a difficult rival, and deserve to go.

That being said...

Florida beats SC 44-11, loses to UGA 17-9.

Georgia beats Florida 17-9, loses to SC 35-7.

South Carolina beats Georgia 35-7, loses to Florida 44-11.

All games come with their built in excuses and reasons for why they lost.

It's been interesting that's for sure. Unfortunate that UGA will get the last laugh.

We are. Florida got LSU at home and Georgia didn't have to play them. They each had a bye week before or after their hardest games while we had we 3 top 10 opponents in consecutive weeks.

What's going to be funny is when uGay loses the SECCG and Florida shits the bed against someone and we are in the Sugar Bowl.

Seriously though South Carolina is a completely different team away. Their home crowd is one of the best in the nation so I guess that helps

Those away games are @LSU and @Florida.

No flame, but how do you think UGA would do under those circumstances?

Florida is inexcusable, we didn't show up at all.

LSU was a hard fought game. No moral victory there, but beating LSU at night in Death Valley is no easy task.

Georgia is the most talented, but the worst coached of the big 3. South Carolina is the least talented, but the best coached of the big 3. Florida has no offense

1. Florida
2. USC
3. UGA

JMO, IMO, GBO

all three are mediocre, overrated, and it's really really close.

UGA and UF have 1 loss.

UGA beat UF.

UGA is the best team.

Georgia plays @Auburn and Ole Miss.

SC plays @LSU and Arkansas

UF plays LSU and @A&M.

UGA has 1 loss because of an easy schedule. That one loss is to South Carolina. Florida beat both West teams they played. They have the best wins there. South Carolina had the most difficult West game, playing @LSU, which they lost by 2.

Your logic is faulty.

No such thing as a "best" team in this case.

They are all three about even to be honest. I would say now the clear candidate to go to atlanta should be Georgia. But none of the teams are better than the other ones.

The schedule definitely favored uga. The bama-mizzou swap was a gift. THat said a team has to take advantage of a favorable schedule when it occurs. Regardless uga doesn't have near enough poise to challenge bama.

Neither the uga-usc or usc=uf games were representative of the teams' relative strengths. Overall though i think usc was the best balanced and most consistent of the three.
