Looks like LSU has no hopes of reaching the BCS Championship Game due to the surprising strength of ND, et al.
With that reality facing our team LSU can let loose without pressure and let it all hang out. We should be able play with the devil-may-care risk-taking style that has been advantageous to Les Miles' teams in the past.

Gonna be interesting to see how it all plays out.

LSU can beat anyone on any given Saturday. Plus the game is at night. I think Bama wins but I would not at all be surprised if LSU pulled it out.

Cutting through the bullshite, you just said:

"The fact that Bama is the better team and has more to play for is advantageous to LSU".

Not.
Buying.
It.

Actually quite the opposite of NOLA....more like the game in Tuscaloosa last year.

I think Les will keep it close to the vest and play conservative. I don't think he's very confident in Mett. If Bama takes a 10 point lead early on its over.

Looks like a newspaper headline. Gives it a sense of legitimacy. But not really.

With all due respect, I expect them to prepare and play the way they do every week.

Pressure causes an invisible force field to take root at midfield.

We're starting third year Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors across the board.

Imo Bama plays better when the pressure is on them.

Maybe, but Bama is the better overall football team and has much more offensive firepower than LSU, so I think the real pressure is on LSU's offense to show it can complete with Bama's.

This current BAMA team hasn't faced any pressure yet. They will know what is at stake....no matter how much Saban preaches "the process"
