Am I crazy for thinking Florida is still the second best SEC team?

Yes, I know they lost.

But it took them turning the ball over 6 times to lose. Am I crazy for thinking that 8 or 9 times out of 10 they would beat Georgia?

LSU has obviously shown than they aren't as good as we originally thought. Georgia didn't look great tonight...just took advantage of a lot of turnovers. South Carolina and A&M are next but I dont't think you could argue that either should be considered as being top 3.

Is it the rum talking or what?

Umm.... we had 3 turnovers in the first half. Florida couldn't capitalize either... your point?

Our whole season is a fluke and our team sucks.

Doesnt changecthe fact that other than Dunbar and Reed we dont have a legit threat in the passing game.

Was gonna happen sooner or later.

Here is my logic:

LSU lost to Florida head-to-head
LSU squeaked by South Carolina, who got destroyed by Florida
LSU barely beat Auburn, which is the worst or second to worst team in the SEc
Florida's only loss was a close loss to a top 10 team after giving up 6 turnovers. If you look at the total yardage and time of possession, Florida was basically equal if not exceeding in those categories, which suggests that the turnovers dictated the winner.

Agree? Disagree?

Florida is a good team this year. In 3 years, they will be contending for titles again.

No you're not crazy, anyone who thinks they're crazy isn't crazy. It's medical fact.

Meh coulda woulda shoulda. Thats why they play the games.

SC couldve made it more interesting if they hadnt turned it over 4x last week.

It is what it is. UGA won today and because of that they right now are the best team in the East.

What I'm saying makes sense to me, but I doubt it makes sense to others.

It's Bama then everyone else with no one establishing themselves as a clear second. You have LSU and Florida who are like mirror images. Then you have Georgia and USC who are good teams but have been blown out once this year due to inconsistency.

No, Murray still sucks in big games and our receivers didn't help him much either. Our defense obviously won the game forcing TO's but they have been inconsistent most of the season. Having said that, UGA might have the best combination of defense and potential on offense to upset Bama but I don't necessarily think that makes us the 2nd best team due to wildly inconsistent play.

If LSU doesnt beat Bama next week, bama will repeat as National Champions.

I'm not so sure. Kansas St. seems to have the best combination of defense if offensive fire power. I'm pretty sure they would give Bama all they could stand and then some.

Yes. LSU's clearly the second best SEC team. There's a steep drop-off after those two teams.

KSU's 2 best wins are @ OU and WVU. Not exactly juggernauts.

Theyve been impressive for sure but no way they would beat Bama.

Meh, if we had the same roster we had pre-season then maybe. This LSU team is a shell of what it could have been.

I do think LSU is the one team that can hold up to Bama and we have a hell of a good shot at winning next week. But then we could go and lose to State the next week, that is the type of team I believe we are.
