I think he will be a good Qb in the years ahead!

If he survives, his decision making needs to improve for his well being sake. Dude seems to panic and bolts. He is puny and one clean shot will end him.

Yes he's way overrated. He's played seven games and is the worst QB in Division I - easily. He's so bad that A&M will probably only lose to UF, LSU, and Bama. He's horrible.

Just a midget qb with an average arm and awful decision making Makes video game scrambles when the play breaks down but only because his OL blocks in the back every play.

Overrated somewhat. Over hyped and humped by aggies, most definately. Reminds me of taylor martinaz with a weaker arm and not as elusive.

He's a freshman! The panicking will slow with PT! As for him being small I can't say much to that. I said that same statement about McCalebb for the longest time but he tends to do well!

He held his own. Don't get me wrong, moral victories are for losers. But JFF is a kid. He'll get there.

Well.. got the first 2 right.

I'll take 10-2 for our first regular season in the SEC with a new coach and new QB.

Early on against LSU and UF he was making bad decisions and forcing throws, but the last 3 or 4 weeks he has since settled down and let it come to him and he's been a maniac, LSU is lucky they didn't have to play 2nd half JFF because A&M would blow LSU out no doubt in my mind

Said it from before he ever took a snap - he's in the wrong offense. He needs to be an option QB in a Pat White type of offense. Zone read, quick passes 90% of the time, when defense is lured in hit a wide open guy downfield Manziel is simply not a downfield passer at all. He is zero threat there. Turn him into a pocket passer and he couldnt hit a guy downfield with all day to throw.

He passed up Newton and Tebow for all-time yardage leader in SEC history for a season.
