Injuries/suspensions are the biggest problem. We're down to our 3rd string linebacker at one spot and have lost 6 other starters for the year. I don't care who you are that takes a toll.

I didn't realize you guys had lost so many people. That can suck for any team. I hate the Honey Badger didn't get his act together because I enjoyed watching him play. That guy was electric! Hopefully he'll return next year.

When all of the suspensions and injuries are your best playmakers, it causes alot of problems. Play calling isn't pretty either. Recievers constantly dropping crucial passes. All adds up to what we see.

I think the biggest problem is QB play. The defense is good enough to keep you in any game but I just don't think Mett is progressing as quickly as we thought he would. After watching JJ and JL in previous years good QB play was the final piece of the puzzle. Mett just isn't there yet. His breakout game is coming though. He just has to gain confidence.

not sure if this was one of your #'s but receivers 2 and 3 need to work harder. Our secondary receivers loaf on routes. They don't work to free themselves. Also, some of the decent passes Mett has thrown are flat out dropped.

Our D has had a few long drives, but by and large they are solid. They have to have some help.

LSU also needs more enthuisam. We're too tight, afraid to make mistakes. We need to have fun out there.

coaching.. no doubt in my mind. I've always thought it played a bigger role in the grand scheme of things, but it became evident in the complete 360 of the hogs and my team this year.

Coaching and schemes are everything. Our defense is a bigger example... We've gone from being complete crap, to keeping us in games.

No team in the SEC has lost 7 starters, injuries & the suspension to TM, so it's not just making an excuse that "injuries are the problem". Take 7 starters off any SEC team & it would struggle. I'd throw in the poor play at wide receiver,as there have been several games with multiple drops that have hurt Mett's stats considerably & reduced the team's overall offensive production.

oss of talent on the defensive side and beliefs in false prophets at the QB position.

Their back ups last year who are not starters are showing why they were back ups, Les Miles plays the best at each position.

Our defense looked great.

Did you watch the game?

les miles is the biggest problem. Nick saban has urban meyered him. LSU created the monster that nick saban is today and it has killed off one of our coaches now.

LSU fans complain about Miles every year. They did last year, until he beat Bama in November. They didn't complain about him again until after the BCSNCG.

It's lack of leadership. By watching the team play..... It sure appears that there isn't much team discipline. Nobody holding players accountable, on Off for sure. If some are not getting it done, give someone else a shot.

last year outside of the bscng looks like a fricking anomaly for les miles.

my only complaint about last year before the failure in nola was we didn't play mett enough in garbage time. It was hard to complain when we were busy butt fricking teams like we were suppose to. I thought les had turned the corner but he didn't as its been nothing but complete shite since the nc game.

From the outside looking in it looks like this may have something to do with it. I think Les needs to get in that azz!! Too many dropped passes and execution problems on offense.

The biggest of their problems are the injuries on the O line, poor QB play, predictable play calling.

les doesn't get on players and he runs practice like its a fricking daycare instead of how saban runs it. our players play grabass and shite while bama and usc players actually pay attention.

this team lacks discipline. all you have to do is look at our buttfricking retarded penalties every game and the lack of it being fixed.

Injuries, which is something we can't control.

Out of what we can control though, offense is the damn problem. We won't win shite if they don't straighten up their act.
O-line not blocking consistently for a QB who seemingly is liable to turn the ball over at any minute, skilled position players fumbling, WR's not catching anything.

Our offense has been so bad, its been wearing our defense out.
