What happened to Patrick Nix's career? And what former players are coaches now?

The guy went from the offensive coordinator at Georgia Tech and Miami to the wide receivers coach at Charleston Southern.
My guess is he likes the stability and is content with his current job. I guess he didn't like the stress of coaching at a major school. I know he used to teach my friend's sunday school class when he was a grad assistant.
The list of coaches I have off the top of my head are.
Pelton - AU
Nix - Charleston Southern
Craig - FSU
Burns - Arkansas State
Rocker - Titans
Zac E. - Pedo U.

I might be wrong, but at both Georgia Tech and Miami, weren't the head coaches (and, consequently, the staffs) eventually fired? Maybe other schools just didn't like the offensive product he created.

Chan Gailey went to the pros and he was Nix's head coach at Tech. Nix got caught in the shite storm that was Shannon at Miami.
He's a good guy. His kid is a hell of a baseball player. They played with us here in Bham until he took the Charlestown job.

Define "like."
Plus I'm not old enough to remeber Pat Nix at AU. All I know is that he turrible as an OC. When people are claiming Mark Whipple was a genius because you were so bad, you knowz you haz the sucks.

he sucks? He beat Auburn with Reggie Ball.
He was a scapegoat at Miami as well so Randy Shannon could save his job. He likes Charleston and is still getting paid by Miami I believe.

With Pat Nix at QB, this team would be 3-0 and the line for tomorrows game would be LSU -2

He told me while still in Bham, that he was the highest paid flag football coach in history. He was coaching his kid's team.

Reggie Ball or K. Frazier - who ya got?

Whichever one gets to throw to Calvin Johnson
Man I don't know, they're both pretty good at single handedly ending an offensive drive. I'd probably have to take KFraz since he's at the same level as Ball now, with (god I hope) potential for improvement.

I actually did a google search a couple of days ago looking for under the radar coaches with Auburn/State of Alabama ties. I didn't come up with any interesting names but I did notice that the Steelers have a lot of coaches on staff from Alabama
I looked at the staffs of coaches and organizations that were successful and well managed
