Sumlin on conditioning vs. Florida: 'It wasn't our team flopping around on the field in the second half.' #mysa

I asked Sumlin about the 'flopping around' vs. Fla. -- whether it was conditioning or what -- 'You were there,' he said.

I watched the game with a UF alum. He was prety shocked at the lack of conditioning as well. HE stated how in Gainesville it is less hot but more humid and there whould be no reason for those players to be cramping like that at the end of the game.

You're gonna start another thread about this?

FWIW I think our conditioning was 10X better than last year. Now we need to find a way to change the mentality of our players and keep the foot on the opponents throat when we're up!

I'm not sure this was on the players re: their mentality.

JFF may not have the arm to get it downfield or Sumlin may not trust him to get it downfield safely.

Once Florida figured out our fairly easy offense, game over.

If this is the case we need to put Showers in. This is the whole reason he won the starting job. He proved he was, overall, a better gunslinger than showers and was making better decisions with the ball

I think not having a tuneup game prior really hurt the Aggie's more than most thought. The talent is there, the depth is not yet.

We didn't lose because of the fake cramping but it did happen and it was very obvious.

You'd think with all the talk we got when we entered this league about us getting our arse beat that they wouldn't need to pull a tactic like this.

in practice.

Gametime can be a whole different ball of wax. 83k+ people staring at YOU. An entire defense that isn't wearing the same uniform as you.

We walked right into that one.

Enough with the faking injuries bullcrap. Florida won. It's over. Sumlin was talking about our condition....that's all. He is not making excuses. Don't read too much into it.

Johnny is a redshirt freshman. I think he may need a little more time to bloom before you can start making quips.

I'd be a little more focused on that POS team that's coming to your house this weekend. I hear they think your team is shite
