no offense to Mullen or the Grinders but he is not the answer we need. We need a hard arse, defensive minded head coach who can recruit.

You sound like you want to change style to that of Bama and LSU. If you do, I don't think you'll be able to keep up in recruiting.
I think Arky needs to go with an offensive mastermind as the head coach and then drop some more cash getting a top notch DC.
