One common theme: Memphis City "Schools" is a cesspool, recruit there at your own risk.

Yeah, we've covered that.
Thanks.
Thanks.

This was interesting.

One month later, Kyle said, Auburn called "asking about a different transcript that was sent," presumably for Robinson. Kyle viewed the transcript and it still reflected a 70, so he ran an audit to see who changed it.
I'd say that pretty much clears Auburn. You don't arrange for a grade to be changed then call the principle asking about the inconsistency.

Oh, I don't know. Things like a dirty coach taking payouts to deliver recruits. The involvement of multiple SEC programs. Activities that are not only rules violations, but also crimes.
You know, the things I listed just a couple of posts ago.

I think it does a good job of clearing them at the compliance department level.
There's always the possibility of booster involvement in getting the grade changed.

Why is he butthurt? We benefited from the alleged cheating.

You equated MSU to Bama and AU to UK in the Albert Means scandal.
Albert Means is one player.
Redmond and Robinson are two different players from two different schools that signed with two different universities.

he's doing his best to make this the albert means situation all over again...so far he has convinced himself.

He's dumb and him trying to justify his reasoning his dumb.
It's like me saying, "I see a lot of correlation between the Albert Means scandal and the assassination of MLK."

quote:When I enrolled at Auburn (I didn't enroll in the spring and wasn't an athlete) but I had to send a partial transcript when I submitted my application. Once I had my acceptance, I still had to submit a full transcript when I graduated HS/before I could fully enroll and register for classes.
I always thought you needed a transcript to enroll. I didn't think you could enroll on 'expected" grades.
I am thinking the altered transcript was sent to AU when he signed his LOI (maybe it was a course from fall semester). He finishes high school, comes to enroll at Auburn in the spring and the University asks for his full (official) transcript which has now been corrected. They now see his overall GPA is down, they look and see the discrepancy and call the school about it.

Who's hoping? I don't want to see Miss State, Auburn, or anyone else slammed. I want to see Alabama obliterate them where there are no excuses.
Jovon Robinson committed to Auburn. His grades were changed and a false transcript was created so he could enroll. The NCAA's investigating the change.
Those are already known facts.
If Auburn's compliance people aren't asking if someone representing their interests was involved in getting it changed, they aren't doing their jobs.
As far as Mississippi State's concerned, they've all but admitted something against the rules has happened. They're now simply trying to limit the consequences.
