So, without counting people twice, Bama's 2-deep depth chart has:
12 Seniors (9 starters)
17 Juniors (10 starters)
15 Sophomores (7 starters)
7 Freshmen (0 starters)
29 Juniors and Seniors total on the two-deep. Or something like that.

Yet you counted KR and PR twice?
Auburn has 22 upperclassmen on the 2deep for offense and defense. Upperclassmen kickers, punters, holders, and deep snappers mean nothing.

The only one I accidentally counted twice was McCaleb I think. 27 total then.

BS. Ask Leigh Tiffin what it's like to attempt a game winning kick as a freshman in front of 80,000 people who are hoping you miss.

Eh, Wes Byrum nailed two in Florida as a true freshman that won the game. One right after Urban's TO and then the winner the next kick. It's important, but I don't think it's that important.

LSU starts:
4 SRs.
15 JRs.
4 SOs.
1 FR.
Granted, a good portion of those juniors will most likely elect to forego their senior seasons.

Who gives a frick? My point is that you can't say it doesn't matter, because it does. Tiffin's nerves got to him as a Freshman. He ended his career in the Bama record books.

Wouldn't matter if he were even just talking about the starters. When you have 20+ upperclassmen in your "Two-deep", it's a bit deceitful to suggest you are working with a "young team". Sure, the majority of your roster are underclassmen. So is everyone else's.

ETA: Tiffin hit a game winning FG against Vandy two week before the Arkansas game. God damn FR nerves strikes again.
