I believe "Bug" was a high school teammate of Marshall.

The tattoo was after LP's death.

He committed and then pictures of his tatt started showing through his Twitter feed, etc.

And that tatt looked mighty fresh. So he may have been saving the pictures of his near-bloody tatt for months until AFTER he committed but that just doesn't sound likely to me.

Would be a waste of a visit, IMO.

Yeah. Too late in the game for him. Unless he knows Gus.

Yeah, honestly I wouldn't want Tenpenny to come. His motives might not be good for our recruiting

ETA: he is from Arkansas...our coaches might feel like they can flip him

Was Gus recruiting him at Arkansas State? And wanst there talk (mainly from Arkansas fans) that depending on what other RB's committed to Bama he might look around?

I could be wrong as I havent really followed his recruitment

If Kamara commits he may look around.

My boss is a Bama fan and he said Tenpenny may be looking around because of Saban feeling good with Kamara. Doubt we are in it for him regardless

With Alvin Kamara from Norcross (Ga.) likely to commit to Bama soon, maybe Tenpenny sees the playing-time writing on the wall there and wants to look around?

Good to hear. I didn't expect the Oregon visit to amount to much.

Good. I like Cunningham.

If we have missed on some of our other RB's, why wouldn't we take Tenpenny?

Nobody is saying we wouldn't take him. Everybody is saying that we don't have a chance at his signature.

We would definitely take him. The reason some are iffy on him visiting is he could just being doing it to recruit for Bama while on the visit.
